Sunset Acres Resort on Last Mountain Lake

The first phase of Sunset Acres covers 95 acres of land and offers one mile of west facing shoreline along the east shore of Last Mountain Lake Saskatchewan. When completed Phase One of Sunset Acres will offer 68 water front lots, 21 water view lots, a local commercial community site and several acres of green space. Most lots are approximately ½ acre in size and offer 75 feet of water front access with 275 to 300 feet of lot depth.

The purchase of each lot includes a selection of trees available for personal landscaping. Architectural controls will ensure that Sunset Acres will provide a consistent development style featuring environment friendly qualities. Sunset Acres features minimal artificial lighting so that residents may enjoy the vastness of the night sky. Access to the lake will be provided by a private boat launch located within the marina area. Ample area will also be provided for trailer turn around and some parking. Each building site will have power, gas, water and telephone services to the property line. Sunset Acres plans to provide potable water controlled by provincial regulations through a managed water treatment facility. Residents will control local green areas and marina and water treatment facilities through a Resident's Association established by the developer. Waste water will be controlled on each site through in ground containment tanks.
